Coach James Defeo.
Premier Sport Services welcomes Mercer Head Coach, James Defeo to our facility
on March 25, 2012. We will be hosting two hitting clinics at our facility to
the first 20 girls that sign up to each of these two clinics. The first hitting clinic
will be from 3-4:30pm and the second clinic will be from 5-6:30pm. If you would

James DeFeo was named Mercer University’s sixth softball
head coach in program history on Wednesday, September 07, 2011. DeFeo takes over
the Bears’ program after seven successful seasons as the associate head coach at
LSU.
Before being named head coach, DeFeo spent a large portion of his coaching
career under the tutelage of legendary LSU head coach Yvette Girouard, who
retired from coaching after the 2011 season.
